Welcome to Qualivora at qualivora.top. These terms govern your access to and use of our offerings.
1. General
Qualivora provides professional qualification upgrade courses designed to enhance skills and knowledge for career advancement.
2. Professional Qualification Upgrade Courses (Services)
Our service offerings include live instructor-led sessions, on-demand modules, and group workshops. Participants will receive study materials and support resources.
Course schedules, duration, and delivery methods are detailed at the time of enrollment.
3. Infoproducts
Infoproducts consist of digital resources such as e-books, video libraries, and templates. Access is granted via a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
No physical materials will be delivered with infoproduct purchases.
4. Goods
Physical items, including printed manuals and branded merchandise, are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
5. Payment and Fees
All fees are listed in local currency and payable during the enrollment or purchase process. Qualivora reserves the right to modify fees for future offerings.
6. Reimbursement Policy
To request a reimbursement, please contact our support team via our contact form within the specified time frames below. Approved requests will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
- Services: If cancellation is received at least 7 days before the start date, a full reimbursement will be issued. Cancellations made after the course begins are not eligible for reimbursement. However, participants may reschedule to a future session at no extra charge, subject to availability.
- Infoproducts: Reimbursement requests for infoproducts are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed. Requests made after any content access are not eligible.
- Goods: Physical products may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. The sender is responsible for shipping costs. After inspection, the purchase amount will be reimbursed.
7. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Service sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the original start time at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a fee.
